Who We Are?
We at DIAMOND METAL INDUSTRIES – an ISO certified company and Manufacturer of various types of Cable Terminals/Lugs/Cable Accessories are well known for our reliability and commitment.
The name DMI is synonymous for the QUALITY. Established in the year 1980, our timely execution of orders and control over the quality have been the key to the success.
Why DIAMOND METAL INDUSTRIES?
Some of the factors that make Diamond Metal Industries as the most preferred production house for cable lugs, connectors and cable accessories are :
- Tailor-made and customised products. We develop products in consultation with our customers as per their need/site conditions. For example, if a customer needs special size of stud hole, the same will be provided to suit the bus bar or connectors at their end. If barrel or palm length should be extended, the same is made possible at our end, whatever the quantity is requirement by customer.
- Developed a wide range of intermediate sizes to suit round conductors like 630>550mm/400>350mm/300>275mm/240>250mm both in aluminium and copper so that the lug perfects fits the conductor and there is no air-gap or loose fitting which otherwise results in galvanic corrosion/short circuit etc.
- Developed section shaped/triangular type lugs instead of round tubular type to suit section shaped conductors.
- Any amount of bulk requirements are accepted with shortest possible delivery.
- Constantly in research and development of new types of lugs under latest technology. Presently, we are studying the feasibility of new types of bimetallic lugs which will be cost effective while meeting the required technical parameters.
